Dougherty has extensive hands-on experience building and motivating teams, as large as 190 employees, to perform successfully in fast paced, competitive environments at scale up businesses.  Most recently, he served Chief Revenue Officer for Cybersecurity scale up companies Kasada and Morphisec. Previously, as SVP of worldwide sales for Unitrends, Dougherty built the sales/channel strategy and organization that led to the company growing in excess of 400% and hitting a $100M run rate in less than 4 years.  Dougherty has also held executive and senior leadership positions at EDB, Rapid7, Acronis, Stratus Technologies, Softricity Inc. (acquired by Microsoft) and Axis Communications, among others. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and resides with his family in Boston, Massachusetts.
